Brian Brady has over 17 years of experience in a variety of technology-related businesses and industries, including financial services, software, chemical manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace, and information technology. Most recently Mr. Brady was CFO for Iridian Technologies (formerly Iriscan) where he was responsible for all financial, operational, information systems, and human resources functions. At PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Mr. Brady helped clients develop strategic and tactical programs for process improvement, revenue enhancement, and improved productivity and competitiveness. He is well versed in management and technology issues, having held leadership positions with companies such as General Electric, Martin Marietta, and Contel/GTE. Mr. Brady assists technology-related businesses, including financial services, software, chemical manufacturing, telecommunications, information services, aerospace, and e-business firms, providing expertise and experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, investment assessment, business operations, employee stock purchase plans, human resources issues, process improvement, and preparation for capital acquisition. Clients also benefit from his extensive experience with the venture capital and investment banking communities, and his skills in evaluating growth companies for acquisition or investment funding and guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brady earned a BS in Computer Science/Business Information Systems from Elizabethtown College (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from the Wharton School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
