Robert A. (Bob) Brechter

Bob Brechter brings an extremely rich and successful background in both finance and business development to Gates and Company clients.

Mr. Brechter leverages his technical training and extensive career in marketing and finance to produce complete, formal financial statements/projections that are driven end-to-end by external market variables and the strategic goals of clients.

Prior to Gates and Company, Mr. Brechter consulted to companies of all sizes, including Prudential Financial, Deutsche Bank, and the United Nations. He served as the CFO of CANCO, a start-up credit card processor in Beijing, China. As a founding executive at MBNA America Bank, he managed 11 different business development functions. Additionally, Mr. Brechter developed several new products and enhancements while at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Brechter earned an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Columbia University. As an undergraduate he studied in Luxembourg and at Colgate University. He earned his BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
