Ms. Gates has over 17 years of experience in marketing, sales, and related areas. As Director, Worldwide Marketing for IriScan, Inc., she has proven skills and experience in business-to-business marketing of innovative and leading edge high-technology products and solutions, creating marketing campaigns and programs that allowed the company to double revenues every year since start-up. Ms. Gates also worked with the consulting practices of Ernst & Young, LLP, developing and implementing marketing programs to increase the client base and revenue stream for the insurance, healthcare, real estate, entrepreneurial services, and other Philadelphia-based practice areas.

Ms. Gates helps firms with market and competitive analysis, business plan development, strategic marketing and positioning, channel strategy, new product introduction, and establishing new or expanded sales capabilities.
