Anne-Marie Maman brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Gates and Company clients, focusing in the medical device, healthcare technology, and biotechnology industries. Prior to Gates and Company, Ms. Maman was Founding President and CEO of LumenVu, Inc., which developed and marketed a real-time guidance technology for bedside placement of catheters. During her tenure as CEO, she successfully negotiated the sale of the company through an acquisition transaction. Ms. Maman’s experience also includes Axya Medical, a venture-backed medical device start-up where she served as Vice President of New Products and Marketing. Additionally, she has worked with companies such as: United States Surgical Corporation; Johnson & Johnson Interventional Systems; and Hambrecht & Quist. She has depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise in new product development and launch, negotiating and securing funding, business development, market research and analysis, and recruitment. Ms. Maman earned an MBA/Master of Management degree from Kellogg, and a B.A. from Princeton. She is fluent in French.
