Daniel J. Wasser

Dan Wasser has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Wasser was formerly a Department Head for AT&T Bell Laboratories where he led research and manufacturing operations and was responsible for a multi-million dollar budget. Mr. Wasser oversaw the rollout of complex telecommunications products and systems from development, through manufacturability, to production start-up.

Mr. Wasser works with telecommunications and other high-tech firms to formulate strong, effective, and easily implemented plans for developing and launching new products. Components of these plans include integrated design/manufacturing plans, staffing requirements, project planning, budgeting, and financial projections. Mr. Wasser also provides assistance with technology assessment and selection, cost/benefit analysis, risk analysis, organization and planning, and project management. Recent engagements have involved business planning and technology transfer for early-stage companies and a Fortune 100 firm.

Mr. Wasser earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Brooklyn, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from New York University, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
